Ok, as long as you deal with General Manager with any issues I had a great experience with obtaining the vehicle but now that they have my money and the deal is done, I cannot get any help with obtaining a coupl I had a great experience with obtaining the vehicle but now that they have my money and the deal is done, I cannot get any help with obtaining a couple simple things, including the maintenance/repair history. I have made multiple calls, and I am always treated well, but NEVER, EVER end up with the printouts I have asked for. I am completely frustrated. Prior to this I would have referred everyone to them as their customer service PRIOR to the sale is terrific. AFTER the sale, not so much. I realize now they are just like all the rest. I thought I had found a place to buy several vehicles from, now, I might as well shop closer to home. UPDATE as of 8/1/14 Manager Dan Hedin took care of the issues I had as soon as he found out I was frustrated-- quickly and professionally. I am really not sure how to rate this dealer other than to say, if Mr. Hedin is the manager, and you do have an issue, I am sure he will address it. More

Marlboro Nissan I was looking for a specific model and color (Bitter Chocolate Pearl on a Cube). They don't make that color anymore but Jim McCall was able to find me I was looking for a specific model and color (Bitter Chocolate Pearl on a Cube). They don't make that color anymore but Jim McCall was able to find me one in less than 10 minutes. It was in Vermont, but he got to Marlborough, and I bought it. But what impressed me most of all was Jim's professional and friendly manner. Anything I asked for, I mean anything, he said "we'll get it done", and he did. Jim then took me over the Cube and explained everything. I mean everything. I have never had that happen before. He set up by hands-free phone Bluetooth system and showed me how to operate that. One of Jim's secrets is he takes nothing for granted. When he explained something to me, he would explain it and show me how to do it. But something else I have never experienced is he would then have me do it personally. I have never experienced that before either. It's a great way for someone to learn about a new car. More

It seems to me that demands on Mark from the manufacturer, the dealer, the sales manager, sales quotas, etc. will all take care of themselves if he can satisfy the one customer that he is working with at the moment. In my book, Mark is a master at his job, developed during years of experience and paying attention. I never felt so good during a car purchase. More
