I was unsure if I wanted a new car or a used car, but had seen a used Pathfinder online. Casey, who was the best sales person I have ever worked with, was so helpful in helping us get into the right Nissan for us. When my husband bought his car there a few years back, we went to Marlboro Nissan an had a great experience, too. Casey was so kind and patient with me as I tried to figure out which car would I purchase. He was very knowledgeable on all Nissan models and had a great way of interacting with his customers. The team there was able to have my car ready for me quickly with all the needed paperwork done. I have not had good experiences at other dealerships and it was a breath of fresh air to be able to be treated as though our business with them really mattered. I checked out the other models available, found one that was the right balance of cost and mileage, and visited the dealership - it was after work and going on 5pm already. When I walked in, several sales folks made eye contact right away, so I didn't feel ignored. I met Brian and simply asked to test drive the car I had picked out from the web site. Less than 24 hours later, that car is sitting in my driveway. This was by far the simplest and quickest purchasing experience I've had, and it was great to chat with different folks while waiting for my wife to get there from her work. We financed some of the cost, and the process was completely hassle-free. We definitely recommend Marlboro Nissan! More
