I love the sales team and the team at the service desk, I just feel that when you go to Marlboro Nissan for a service that is not being paid for they treat you very differently. My last visit I had to have breaks checked b/c they started squeeking days after I purchased vehicle. That was a free service and I waited about 4 hrs before they even looked at my car! I complained to sales and my car was taken in almost immediatly after. Thank you sales! More

I was nine months out to the end of my Murano lease and stopped in to see if there was anything they could do. After providing Josh Keevan with all of my information, he quickly worked up a solution. Mark Stoller took me on a test drive and gave me top-notch treatment all the way. Even though they got me out of my current lease and into a new lease for nothing out of pocket while maintaining a low payment, I still needed to see if their price was competitive. I told them I would get back to them the next day and they did not pressure me or tell me I needed to do the deal right away. I found that this was an excellent deal that couldn't be beaten elsewhere. I ended up calling back and making the deal. Mark took all my information over the phone and I went in and dropped off my car and my new one was waiting for me. My experience with Mike Johnson in the finance office was the fastest I've ever had. No more than seven minutes, tops! I was in and out quickly and everyone was great. I came in to have a cracked drive belt replaced under warranty. They were very flexible with the appt. time, giving me an end of the day appt. so I could come in after work, which I really appreciate. warranty. The staff member that greeted me must have been busy because I stood at the counter for a while before being acknowledged, that's the only thing that keeps me from giving them a great rating. Later the staff was talking and fooling around with each other while I waited (standing right in front of them) before being acknowledged again. It made me feel a little invisible. (I don't mind being asked to wait a minute, just talk to me.) But the waiting area is awesome, massage chairs, hot coffee, snacks, WIFI...not bad at all. The service itself was great, and when I asked questions they were answered knowledgeably and completely. More

I did not buy my car at this dealership however I service my car at this locaiton all the time. They have a very comfortable watiting room snacks and a huge flat screen tv. I actually tried to purchase my 2011 Nissan Rogue at this dealership, but could not come to terms on price. I happened to receive a free oil change offer from Marlboro Nissan which prompted me to call. I was very surprised to find out what their regular service costs were compared to Nissan Framingham/Wellesley. I booked and received my 30,000 mile checkup in Marlboro. Needless to say, I won't be returning to Wellesley and will continue to have my car serviced at Marlboro Nissan. I live in Marlboro and have been traveling to Wellesley not knowing what the local dealership- had to offer. The two gentlemen that I encountered were friendly and informative. Marlboro Nissan has a top notch professional team and I would recommend them to anyone. More
