This is my third vehicle leased through Marlboro Nissan. From the first contact with Dan, on to Jim, to Mike, and back to Jim for delivery my experience was fabulous. I explained what I wanted and Dan was able to meet my needs and set me up with Jim for a test drive. The paperwork was handled by Mike and he explained everything I needed to know about my payments, etc. Jim walked me through the features of my new Rogue, answered all of my questions, and I was off! I am extremely happy with Marlboro Nissan and I refer anyone I know who mentions they are looking for a new car to this dealership. The service department is wonderful too --- Paul, Chris, and Murdock are all VERY helpful! More
I have leased 3 cars through Jim McCall and every time he did everything he could to make the car I wanted affordable for me. All 3 times I was temporarily out of work, and he made it work with what I had a did everything he could to make the car I wanted affordable for me. All 3 times I was temporarily out of work, and he made it work with what I had available to spend each time. He is great at his job; very friendly but not pushy, ready to answer all my questions about the car and financing possibilities. I enjoy negotiating with Jim and I always walk away feeling he was fair to both me and the company. This last time, on July 12th, the General Manager, Dan Hedin, worked together with Jim to provide a deal I could afford. I didn't have much, but by using the loyal customer rewards program, and several discussions, both men got the price as close as possible to what I had hoped for, which was amazing because I went from a Versa to a nicely loaded Note. Jim was very accommodating with the time I was available to meet to drive the Note, negotiate and do the paperwork, then pick up the car after it was "cleaned," and plated, and on another day, to pick up the new registration. I walked in around and 2:00 and drove off the lot in my new car a few hours later! When another customer needed Jim's temporary attention, Dan stepped right up and personally located my old Versa and the two things I had left in it, got a business manager to finalize the paperwork and, after Jim sat in the car with me and did a careful review of all the car's features, both men happily waved me off. Everything went like clockwork and I am a very satisfied customer, not just because I got a great car at a price I can afford, but because throughout my visit Jim and Dan were extremely personable, as well as Mike Johnson and Todd Weinberg, who both did the paper work. I always feel that all the people at Nissan Marlborough care a lot about me. That's why I keep going back! I recommend the dealership every time someone admires and asks about my car. My 2013 Altima required service (check engine light for recall due to CVT needing program update). I had a very short time schedule as I was leaving for vacation 3 days later. I was able to show up on a very busy Monday morning without an appointment and greeted with a smile by Morgana, regardless of the very busy atmosphere. They provided me with a loaner and I was on my way to work in less than 15 minutes. My car issue was resolved and I picked it up the next day, and again, greeted with a smile. My car was delivered via valet service in perfect working order. I was only there 15 minutes for the vehicle exchange. I was very impressed with the service level given how busy it appeared. I'd definitely recommend others for service at Marlboro Nissan. More

Casey offered me a great price on the new car, as well as my trade, there was no need for any haggling. My Nissan Titan had a recall that needed to be addressed along with other regular maintenance. I also broke a hinge on my tailgate and needed to have it replaced. I scheduled my appointment on line and showed up at the designated time at Marlboro Nissan. I was greeted by three people that all smiled and wished me a good morning. I left my truck and was driven to work by a very friendly shuttle driver in a clean Quest minivan. I was a good way to start my day. I was kept in the loop by Murdoch every step of the way. He was always friendly, detailed and polite. He knows how to treat his customers. All of the work I requested was completed on time, for a reasonable price and my truck was parked where I left it. the inside was just as clean as when I dropped it off. All the repairs were done properly. I was glad I brought it back to my dealer. In today's world where really good customer service seems to be harder and harder to find, I was very impressed with my experience at Marlboro Nissan and with Murdoch. I purchased the truck from them in 2010 and love my Titan. It has been reliable and a great all around vehicle. I would not only buy another Nissan, I will be going to Marlboro Nissan first since they really value me and my business, a rare commodity today. I highly recommend Marlboro Nissan. I was able to locate Marlboro Nissan with GPS and find it very easily. When i arrived at the dealership i went to parts and service and was greeted by a very friendly young man by the named of Chad. I explain to him what was going on with my SUV and with in no time he had my SUV ready to go. While i waited he showed me where to wait and offered me coffee. Chad also Kept me update every step of the way while the dealership worked on my SUV. I felt like Chad went beyond what his job title is to make me feel right at home. Before leaving Chad also wish farewell on my drive to my destination and gave me a card to the dealership just in case i were to have more car trouble. If i am ever in Boston again and were to have car trouble i would know where to get the best service by the friendly workers. More
