You've been to car dealerships before. You know what they can be like. These people aren't like that. Compare them for yourself, don't take my word for it. I was ready to lease a 2012 Leaf, so I sent out th can be like. These people aren't like that. Compare them for yourself, don't take my word for it. I was ready to lease a 2012 Leaf, so I sent out the same offer to my seven closest dealers all within comfortable driving range for the Leaf. Two ignored me. One bargained in good faith, but wouldn't get anywhwere near what I was willing to offer. Three played the stereotypical dealer games, not willing to make a firm commitment in writing by email. Only Marlboro Nissan came back with a firm counter offer, backed up by a fully filled out lease agreement detailing the deal, and all by email. Now, a phrase you'll hear often in negotiating is, "we want to make sure you're comparing apples to apples.", but what these other dealers didn't understand was, they were refusing to give me their "apple". The "apple" being that fully filled out agreement by which I could compare deals and make a decision. So they really did, "earn my business" as they also always say. Not just on price, which was good, but just as importently on how they do business, no games, no hassle, just a good deal. If you're interested in a Leaf, Jim McCall will explain everything about it to you and train you on all it's unique functions. Their service after the sale was exceptional, we werewell taken care of. I have been to alot of dealerships before I stopped here and this was by far the best experiance I have ever had !!!! Todd was so informative and helpful and could not have been nicer! ( Like I said I have bought cars at Boch dealerships and this was never the case something was always a problem or not ready on time and this was almost everytime I had to deal with them ) I have to say i was so impressed with Marlboro Nissan that I will for sure be a returning customer and have already told all my friends to stop there first!! I also Have to Mention Jackie Capone because if was not for her I would not have even came to Marlboro Nissan I had been so discoureged from car shopping I had put it on hold for a while and she reached out to me to let me know all the deals they had going,I interacted with a few other employees all of them were so pleasent and easy to deal with!!! I have leased 3 Sentras from Marlborough Nissan and the experience has been first class. First I dealt with Mike Johnson (now Finance Manager), who was outstanding to work with. Everyone in the dealership has been friendly, knowledgable, and extremely easy to deal with when it comes to leasing a new car and servicing it.
