With Casey's superior customer service skills, I never second guessed the major purchase I was about to enter into. He made me feel comfortable the moment I drove my old beater into the lot. I had a great experience working with the guys over at Marlborough Nissan to buy my first car. When I got there, someone was ready to help us right away to find and test drive the car I was thinking about Marlborough Nissan to buy my first car. The reason I came back to Marlboro Nissan was because of my first experience there in 2010 with Anthony Maloney. He was straight, brief and honest the first time as well as today's purchase. Jim was very friendly...very clear in explaining the car and price information. He took his time...I didn't feel like I was being "screwed over". I had such a wonderful experience at Marlboro Nissan with the purchase of my 2011 Altima. I was clearly not a huge profit customer for them with what I owed on my current vehicle and not having much money t the purchase of my 2011 Altima.
