There was no pressure, and I saved fifty dollars a month on the price quoted me at the other dealership, despite the fact that the car I purchase had a sticker price $3000 more than the dealership I had always done business with. We test drove a couple of cars and since they take in trades it gave me the chance to compare a Nissan to a Toyota. That saved me time plus it convinced me to get the Nissan. I was looking at used cars but the manager said for a similar price I could get a 2008. The price was within my budget, the paperwork was completed and I drove the new car off the lot that afternoon. There were no hassles and, more importantly, no hard sales for additional items nor services, when I visited the dealership to sign the paperwork. My Altima Hybrid is great and the technology package offers some great features. I have only used 1/2 a tank of gas and gone 330 miles. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that Nissan is still offering favorable financing and lease terms on the Altima Hybrid (and you can still get a tax rebate for this model) considering that Toyota and Honda are not offering such terms for their hybrids and their dealers are charging above sticker price. In hearing from Marlboro Nissan, they told me that they could beat a certain price that I had mentioned some other dealership had quoted me. The showroom experience was even better than we had hoped for and we were soon ready to buy our Altima.
