I left my vehicle there while driving their new explorer over night to see if I wanted to commit. When I returned the next day one of my tail lights was missing from my truck I left there. It was park in eyesight of the guard on duty. Not much for security there. Very shady people. The prices quoted the prior day where 2000.00 higher. Wow, they must have thought I wouldn't mind spending another 2000.00. After being there 4 hours and 31000.00 later I get taken out to my new explorer that was supposedly just detailed and ready. It was cleaner before they washed it. What a joke this location is. After many disappointments over a 2 day period I was ready to get out of there. The manager tried to give me a few oil changes to make up for their lack of service. I told no thanks keep them as they are worthless to me since I'll never came back. If you're interested in being treated poorly this is the place for you. More

Fixed right the first time Had an issue with the power steering system that had my car without power steering. Upon arrival I was greeted by Zach in the service department promptly. He was very helpful and the mechanic that worked on my car had it diagnosed and repaired within 3 days. That includes having the part shipped in. This has been my third visit to the dealer with this car. All of my experiences have been positive.
