When i arrived on the lot i was greeted by Kevin Line. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. It was around 4 when i arrived so we were unable to complete the deal due to my previous credit issues. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and helpful. Danny Watkins showed us around the lot and we picked a Ford Focus and he was very knowledgeable and showed us all the features about the car. Please allow me to begin with the fact that I am 41 yrs old and I just bought my very first "new" car!! I was always afraid to even think of buying new. I never thought I could. Jim in financing is a pretty amazing too! Each and every person in the dealership that I saw were above and beyond friendly. I can't remember everyone's name but I do know that I would truly recommend this dealership to anyone that is thinking of purchasing a vehicle (new or used). My credit isn't perfect and I still got my little 2014 Focus at the 1.9% interest rate. that was one of the best days I had ever spent out in the cold looking at a new car.
