I had made an appointment and arrived on time. It took a few minutes for a service person to show up but then everything went smoothly. Using the manual I tried to fix it but couldn't find the right input. I called service and the fellow was very patient and was able to talk me through it. I think that the servicing mechanic should note where the customer's display is set and return it to that setting before declaring the job complete. More
