I did the credit app online, had all the numbers figured out prior to going to dealership. They had the truck fully gazed and sitting up front ready for me to test drive it when I arrived. Total time at dea out prior to going to dealership. They had the truck fully gazed and sitting up front ready for me to test drive it when I arrived. Total time at dealership approximately 40 min. Can not beat that. More
Danny Watkins was very helpful in locating the vehicle that I wanted. Roger also helped in finding a car for me. Will think about using Marshal Mize in any future needs. that I wanted. Roger also helped in finding a car for me. Will think about using Marshal Mize in any future needs. More
Our service advisor, Eric Blankenship, handled all our needs from start to finish. He is a perfect representative that a dealership should want as the face if their company. needs from start to finish. He is a perfect representative that a dealership should want as the face if their company. More
Do not go to this dealership. I've owned ford's my entire life and have NEVER experienced incompetent and rude employees like this. From the initial phone call to the cashier. I've owned ford's my entire life and have NEVER experienced incompetent and rude employees like this. From the initial phone call to the cashier. Horrible. I brought my truck in for an oil change and a couple repairs. The price for them to diagnose is so ridiculously high($170) each. So a small leak on back window, $170. Could not find, because thier hose is on the south side of building in the shade so it's frozen. After 2 days and two attempts, still frozen! My God, how many years have you been in business? Never thought about moving that hose huh! Door latch not locking, $170. I found this on you tube in less then 1 minute and for free. Like they have never seen this or come acrossed it in all the years of working on the same brand and models of vehicle. Goldfish huh! Noise coming from front tire/wheel, $170. After two days, 'well we really don't know but it might be the bearings, but not sure. But they sure know it's going to be a couple grand. And the oil change.. I guess it was done, but no copy of fluid levels, tire depth, brake pad health. NOPE nothing. No sheet filled out. When asked for it all CODY could do is say SORRY. oh and the tires where not rotated. Theirs CODY again, SORRY "we are just human" When I get home I see a plastic piece on the floor of my back seat area, I look around and notice the interior pieces are hanging off. I had to re-install. So I paid 500 of my hard earned money for an oil change and tire rotation. And I'm having my oil change re-done. I have treated my 2014 truck like my baby for all these years. There is no way I trust that they did anything right. And I dont think you should either. Oh and don't dare ask the cashier a question. The look I got, wow. The best part is Cody wants a good review! Sure, here it is Cody. You lost a life long loyal Ford buyer and owner. If that was my business, and that group of people where destroying it, there would be huge change. That is not good for the community or the brand. More
