ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE DO NOT have SERVICE done at this dealership! Worst customer service of any where. $80,000 king ranch with 5k miles on it wont start had to tow it! Takes a week to change done at this dealership! Worst customer service of any where. $80,000 king ranch with 5k miles on it wont start had to tow it! Takes a week to change a 12 volt battery! They never called back about a loaner. You go to the back of the line with warranty issues Ford only reimburses so much to them! The office girls will give you the runaround for days and say people will call back and they never do. The receptionist are rude and will not help you. Mountain View Ford is way better! More
