I researched what my vehicle was worth before coming in so I knew about what I should get but they tried to low ball me big time. I left and was called a few hours later and offered more so I ended up coming back in. Honestly I should have told them to kick rocks! Ive bought many cars in my adult years and this was by far the worst on customer service. They didn’t offer to clean my car up, it was late so I asked if I could come back the following Monday and was told by my sells person he would check into it (ok?). Never filled up my tank like every other dealer I have ever done business with does. My fuel light came on when pulling out of the parking lot. They absolutely lack customer service and only do the bare minimum. I tend to be a loyal customer and have purchased my last 5 or so vehicles from Mtn. View Chevy even having them get cars from other Mtn. view lots for me so I could buy from them. I would have never strayed if they had what I wanted on any of their lots at that time. I regretted it. If you want a great car buying experience skip these guys and go downtown Chattanooga where you feel valued! More
