Great customer service When I buy, I shop around and typically buy from dealers 250-500 miles away. Some dealers are not willing to deal with customers from out of town. I’ve never understood that mentality, and it could be the dealerships are just unaware they have salesmen uninterest in communicating with potential buyers electronically. Your salesman Beau and general manager Thad were more than willing to give me all the information my lender needed to get my financing approved and close the deal in an expedited manner. No pressure from Brad. Just good information. Offered to let me drive the Titanium. That pretty much ended the "just looking". Was introduced to the sales manager, the people that arrange the sale and the financing, couple other friendly folks that I don't remember their names. Never felt pressured. This is only the 2nd Ford that I have ever bought. Always have been a GM person. Looking forward to driving this car for a long time. Want you to have all 5's, but put down a 4 for price. Then changed to 5 if this helps Brad get a little more recognition. More

60 K Service I signed up early. They took the car when I arrived. They provided a shuttle service to get me home and bring me back. The car was ready when they pro I signed up early. The service technician did leave a few new fingerprints, a water bottle, and a few loose wires from my dash cam. He did all of the maintenance w/o leaving grease or grim. 8 hrs with car and very few marks! More
