Very helpful. I live very close to a very LARGE Ram dealership but this was a great new vehicle buying experience. I drove three hours one way to get to the dealers I live very close to a very LARGE Ram dealership but this was a great new vehicle buying experience. I drove three hours one way to get to the dealership. They had the exact pickup I was looking for. The test dive was informative and David did a great job of explaining all of the new features on the pickup. David and Bruce both seemed to respect my time and the distance I had traveled. The negotiation process was very smooth and I didn't feel pressured. I drove home without buying the truck on the first day. (I like to mull over decisions.) After I decided to pull the trigger on the purchase David made sure everything was in place so I could come in and get all of the paperwork done quickly and I was back on the road in no time. Kudos to David and the whole Marshall Motor's Ram sales team. More

Horrible Service Took my car in on Saturday because my window wouldn’t roll back up. They called me with an estimate of how much it would cost. I looked up the part it Took my car in on Saturday because my window wouldn’t roll back up. They called me with an estimate of how much it would cost. I looked up the part it supposedly needed, it costs up to $45. So I called 2 other dealerships and their price for the part and labor was a quarter of what Marshalls was trying to charge me. Then when I went to pick my car up, I had a $90 charge for them to of told me what was wrong with it. I knew what was wrong when I took it in. They are crooks and absolutely WILL NOT and DO NOT recommend them to anyone! More
