Generally we are pleased with the service at Martin's. But, the last time we brought my wife's Pacifica in for a recall it did not go well. We brought it in a day early, since it was supposed to be a four But, the last time we brought my wife's Pacifica in for a recall it did not go well. We brought it in a day early, since it was supposed to be a four hour long issue. We expected it to be done on Friday evening. Instead, it wasn't done until the next Tuesday! I understand there was problems with manpower. Another complaint is that we were not informed in a timely manner of these things delaying her getting her car back. Also, instead of bringing her car up to the front of the building, she had to go in back and search for it! Hopefully we will not encounter anything like this again, since we have 2 relatively new cars that we bought there. More

I needed an oil change but scheduling was critical to me for a planned trip. Their schedule was booked up for two weeks and I would have to wait. I had purchased my RAM 1500 from them but due to a health c for a planned trip. Their schedule was booked up for two weeks and I would have to wait. I had purchased my RAM 1500 from them but due to a health crisis and long term care due to cancer the truck was not driven. But it NEEDED that oil change and a few filters. Martin jostled a few things and gave me a timely appointment. I appreciated the fact that they took the time to listen to my concern and then acted accordingly. The trip was completed with fresh oil and new filters allowing the truck to perform flawlessly. Everyone at Martins were friendly. I will go back. More
