Scheduled service on my Jeep, when I called I was transferred to an AI to schedule an appointment. My appointment was for 8:45, I dropped the Jeep off at 8:00. When i dropped the jeep off i was informed that they may or may not have the part needed. At 5:00 PM I called to request an update. They advised nobody had looked at my vehicle yet. The next day i still hadn't heard anything about my vehicle. I called at noon and was again informed my vehicle hadn't been looked at. I received a text 30 minutes prior to closing my vehicle was ready for pickup. By the time i was able to arrange a ride it was too late. Overall poor experience. I won't be doing business here again. Jessica and April at the dealership were fantastic through the entire process! I was traveling from out of state and needed a diesel mechanic. I had a long wait because I had a recall but it was a pleasant visit. The lady that helped me was so wonderful. She made the wait seem shorter.
