Absolutely terrible experience with this service department. I brought my Mopar Certified Pre-Owned 2022 Grand Wagoneer in for what should have been a warranty repair. Instead of standing behind department. I brought my Mopar Certified Pre-Owned 2022 Grand Wagoneer in for what should have been a warranty repair. Instead of standing behind the warranty that came with the vehicle, I was told the repair wouldn't be covered because they found corrosion and suspected prior collision damage. The problem is that no one could explain anything. I wasn't shown photos, wasn't given any evidence of a collision, wasn't told how the corrosion supposedly caused the failure, and wasn't shown what part of the warranty excluded the repair. All I received was a vague note on paper with no real explanation. If this vehicle truly had enough corrosion or prior damage to void warranty coverage, then why was it certified and sold as a Mopar Certified Pre-Owned vehicle in the first place? That makes absolutely no sense. It felt like the decision had already been made there was no attempt to submit the warranty claim or prove to me that it cannot be covered. I bright the car in with an air ride leak that did not affect drivability or even hinder the performance. But when I picked it up the hood was still unlatched and the air suspension would not function at all. I took it in for a leak and left with a completely failed system. The only thing they offered was to tow it away if I was not comfortable driving it. I would not recommend this dealership's service to anyone. They do not honor MOPAR CPO Warranty. More
