Yes, I needed a water pump but I bought a lifetime warranty on the truck when I bought it. The service writer I delt with EXTREMELY helpful in this matter. I had to take the truck back to them thru my fault and drop it off When I returned home I found a message on the recorder that it was ready! Here I thought it would be there over the week end, and it was fixed in quick fashion! Two thumb's up for the service dept. More

Great service on Turbocharger Actuator On 2/12/20 the check engine light on my 2015 Dodge Ram Laramie came on. I placed a call to Martin Dodge in Bowling Green, Kentucky and was connected w On 2/12/20 the check engine light on my 2015 Dodge Ram Laramie came on. I placed a call to Martin Dodge in Bowling Green, Kentucky and was connected with Service Advisor, Jessica Forshee. I explained my situation to Jessica and she immediately scheduled my truck for repairs. I drove my truck to Martin Dodge and Jessica had it inspected and informed me that the turbocharger actuator had failed and required replacement. She immediately checked my extended warranty and informed me the charges would be covered by warranty. Jessica then informed me the repairs would take a couple days and scheduled a vehicle from Enterprise for my use over the next three days. On 2/14/20 Jessica called and informed me that my truck repairs were complete and my truck was ready to go. Thank you Jessica for your immediate response to my problem. More
