Service my new truck I bought my truck there in December, it was pouring rain , the salesman said I could get my truck cleaned up when I brought it in for a oil change. I I bought my truck there in December, it was pouring rain , the salesman said I could get my truck cleaned up when I brought it in for a oil change. I was told I had 3 free oil changes when I purchased my truck, well when everything was done with service I was told I owed $70 for oil change, I told the lady at service desk that I had free oil changes , she was very nice and looked it up but truck didn’t get cleaned up !! Kinda bothered me some , not real happy with service department. More

My ongoing experience Very hard to get an appointment, spent months trying to get in to get my “check engine” light looked at. It would go out before I could get in to get it checked and they claimed they couldn’t determine the problem if the check engine light wasn’t on upon arrival. After finally getting an appointment with the check engine light actually on, it took them 2 hours to find the warranty paperwork. Furthermore took 5 hours to actually fix the vehicle and refused to grant a rental car. It’s a constant battle getting appointments for service and oil changes. More
