Best Car Buying Experience Ever Just after Christmas a deer jumped out in front of my oldie but beloved 2003 Dodge Grand Caravan. She had over 250,000 miles on her but ran great! Had a few cosmetic issuse, but you know as we mature...Lol. Knew we would probably be looking for a replacement in semi near future. Everyone is fine (except the poor Deer). Filed with insurance, well they did not have the same appreciation of the value of my beloved 2003 Dodge Grand Caravan with 250,000 miles on her as we did. They totaled her! So with the much appreciated and informative recommendations from Becky Watts, Service writer at Martin Dodge, we talked with Sales rep AJ Moore and Bought our new 2016 Dodge Grand caravan! The whole experience was amazing. They worked very hard, listened to what we needed and wanted. Everyone we worked with were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and kept us informed every step of the way. From finding the exact van we wanted, to the warranties, to protection products, to the financing we needed. They addressed every question and concern we had. Highly recommended! Disrespectful to customers and fellow employees, not friendly, & pretentious. If the car is used they clearly do not care to keep it clean. A few cars smelled with smoke and cigarette ash was on the sea friendly, & pretentious. If the car is used they clearly do not care to keep it clean.
