Stay far away from this scam operation. They quoted me a price for a service, then when I returned to pick up my vehicle, they charged me more, even though they didn't do anything extra. It's like a gratuity, the man said. Then that should be added to the quote. The man wouldn't give me my vehicle back unless I paid the full price. This is truly the way scammers work. When I told him I would call the police, he went to the service manager who allowed him to remove the extra charge. I will never go back to this crooked dealership for anything. More

I found a P0300 OBD code, not good and not specific. Service Mgr Jessica. She got my Jeep in for diagnostic. They found more codes and information and made a rather complex set of recommendations. I asked some questions and she and the tech explained in detail what they found, what it meant, why they made the recommendations they did. They gave a good quote and did the work exactly as they said. Picked it up today and drove it to test. Smooth. No rough running or idling. No red cel. My thanks to Jessica and the Tech.
