Bruce was efficient, friendly, answered questions promptly and found our CRV in record time. It was NOT the car buying experience I was expecting...it was so easy. My husband said when it's time for a new car from him...he going to see Bruce! I think while we were purchasing our car...he had several repeat customers buying new cars from him. You guys are lucky to have him on your team. Also, as a former HR professional - this impressed me, Bruce spoke highly of the dealership, his team and his managers. You can tell he enjoys his job and he loves where he works! More

His general manner and low stress, zero pressure, pleasant way of handling what can be one of the most stressful things we do (negotiation the purchase and trade of a car) was wonderful.
