While the sequential order of the steps to buy a vehicle are efficient, they seem to prolong the process. But, I am very loathe to buy a new car for this reason, so I may be hyper critical. For instance, the appraisal of my trade could have been happening while I was on the test drive. I do realize had I decided not to proceed, this would have been wasted effort, but to speed the process for customers it might be worth it. Again, for the part Vernon played, he did a great job, and others along the way were competent also. I would prefer a two-hour process to one of nearly four hours, however. More
