Excellent Family Experience at Martin Honda During the Thanksgiving holiday, my wife, son, and I recently purchased a 2016 Honda Odyssey from Martin Honda. This is the 3rd car we have purchased from Martin and I must say that the customer services keeps getting better and better. This is all because of our car salesman, Ed McDowell. My wife and I have dealt with many dealerships and car salesman in our lifetime, but what keeps us coming back to Martin is Ed McDowell and the family oriented atmosphere and respect Ed shows us every single time we step into that show room. Compared to almost all the salesmen/dealerships we have visited to make an attempted car purchase, Ed and Martin Honda really listens to what your needs are for a vehicle and are willing to work with you on all fronts. We live just North outside of Philadelphia and Martin is in the heart of Delaware, and we can't imagine going elsewhere to buy a car. Lastly, what makes Martin such a special dealership is that they really focus on establishing long-lasting relationship with their customers. Ed has been the embodiment of that philosophy. That aspect is important to us because we know that when we deal with Martin, they have our best interest in mind, which is very rare with car dealerships these days.
