He was so patient with me, and encouraged me to try every model I might have thought I was interested in. That alone was more than I expected, because most dealer service personnel want you to get the most expensive car you can afford. Ed was not that type of person. He made sure the car I wanted was going to be available for me within my budget! I received my car via a dealer transfer....and Ed came in on a Sunday to ensure I could pick up my brand new car! I was expecting to have to wait until business hours, but Edward knew and said it wouldn't be a problem! I would love to buy another car through Edward again! He was like a friend instead of a sales person! More

Third vehicle purchased with Carol Heyse. This was my 3rd vehicle I purchased at this dealership. Carol Heyse has been phenominal to work with and always look out for her clients' needs. One time I had a flat tire and when I took my car to "Firestone" down the road, they indicated I had to replace all four tires as a result of the damage the one incurred. Needless to say, I phone Carol and said: Is this true? She asked me to bring the car in the next day to the service department. $15 later, tire was fixed with no need to replace the other three. I subsequently drove an additional 40 000 miles on my set of tires before I had to replace them. So, needless to say, this dealership and their personnel really look out for their clients. More

Martin Dealership - Truly no pressure dealership to work wit Martin Honda is a great place to purchase cars. I have purchased 3 Hondas from them and each time the experience has been fantastic. The opinion of a dealership is based on interaction with the dealership sales agent, My first car was purchased from Tushar back in 2002. Was shopping for a new Honda in 2014, went over to Martin dealership and was pleasantly surprised to see Tushar. Needless to say brought my 2nd car from him for my wife and a few months later a 3rd car for myself. Tushar has been excellent to work with. Very knowledgeable and understanding. Went patiently through all my questions and I believe he was truly on my side when it came to negotiating a price. Went over all the feature of the car and followed up a few days later to ask me if I had any questions and on my experience with the car.
