After some comparison shopping, we traveled from Wilmington to Newark to see if we could get a better deal. We did; and salesperson Ed McDowell made the transaction as painless as possible. As I entered the showroom, Michael Pijuan immediately came over and introduced himself and asked if he could answer any questions. He was professional and courteous. I asked to test drive a Honda Accor came over and introduced himself and asked if he could answer any questions. He was professional and courteous. Mr. Pijuan was extremely knowledgeable and explained all the new features....several times as I was not familiar with the technology. We had done our homework and gave Shari our needs and wants. She was VERY customer focused and we had a particular color vehicle in mind and she made sure that it was available to us. We gave her a price range and she came within our range and met all of our other expectations. Even at the end as we were getting ready to drive off in our new vehicle, she checked out the vehicle and was not happy with how the mats had been installed.
