Our sales associate Shari Godwin was exceptional. We did not have to buy a car but were interested in the CRV. She took tthe time to go over colors and options. I originally came into the dealership with the simple intent of learning more about the new Honda Accord from a technology standpoint as I haven't owned a newer car in nearly a decade. Ed McDowell was t intent of learning more about the new Honda Accord from a technology standpoint as I haven't owned a newer car in nearly a decade. Ed McDowell was the one who assisted me, even though I was clear that my intent was not to buy at the time, he really took it slow and answered all of my questions and did it in such a way that you would hope, he was excited about each piece of technology which in turn makes me excited about it. We parted, I thanked him and he gave me his card. Two months later I found myself right back in his office asking for him and he provided the same experience all over again. He has a very laid back demeanor and is not overly aggressive, which I think is to be desired in a salesman, because you feel like you have the time to make up your own mind. Ed is an extremely knowledgeable and gifted salesman, the questions I had he answered, the ones he didn't know he found the answers. He made the process seamless and simple for me, which I truly do appreciate because it shows he respects my time not just his own. He even humored me and took a picture with me and my new car, thanks again Ed.
