This is my fourth Honda purchase/lease, and all have been through Martin Honda. All four times, Dave Romanoski was my salesman and has been outstanding. Every time that I have been to Martin, they have wor through Martin Honda. All four times, Dave Romanoski was my salesman and has been outstanding. Every time that I have been to Martin, they have worked with my situation. I started leasing my vehicle and Martin always gave me an affordable/reasonable monthly payment. This last time, my lease was not up, but I was ready for a smaller more efficient vehicle, and Dave, along with the managers worked to get me into a new Civic. I have to commend Dave because not only was my situation not ideal, I also had to bring along my 5 year old daughter (which we all know is not fun to bring our children car shopping). Dave provided snacks, drinks, and a coloring book for my daughter, as well as took her around the showroom and included her in picking out our new car. She loved it and tells everyone she picked out our new car. Everyone at Martin is exceptionally friendly without being pushy. I went to Martin because I know several people who have bought cars there and they were quite pleased by the service. I was greeted by a salesman named Clark Leitner. I told him what we were interested i bought cars there and they were quite pleased by the service. I was greeted by a salesman named Clark Leitner. I told him what we were interested in a safe car for our daughter that would be reliable as she was going away to school. I was quite impressed by Clark 's extensive knowledge of the cars and features. I really felt comfortable that my salesman Clark Leitner was listening to me and my concerns and requests I wanted for my daughter. He gave me all the information and let me have some time to look at all the cars and models and took me on several test drives. It is quite rare to have a sales person in a car dealership that is not high pressure and helps me toward the best decision so that we are happy with the purchase and I commend Martin Honda on allowing their employees that extra time to help their customers as some of us need extra attention. I purchased my first Honda CRV yesterday and what a wonderful experience. We were fortunate enough to be greeted by Dave Eno. He also asked me great questions that helped me through the decision process. After a short test drive with Dave, I still wasn't sure and he suggested I take it out again, take my time and enjoy which I did. Needless to say, I decided it was the car for me. The cost discussion is always the part I hate but I must say this dealership was one of the best I have ever dealt with. Everyone we met was very friendly and not pushy.
