Today I had the pleasure of purchasing my new 2013 Honda Accord. My experience was so amazing! I knew it was time to purchase a car so I began talking to friends to see what dealerships were good to work wi Accord. My experience was so amazing! I knew it was time to purchase a car so I began talking to friends to see what dealerships were good to work with and a friend suggested Martin, because he had a good experience with the dealership several years ago. I went on their web site and began researching the vehicles and even stumbled upon reviews for the sales representatives. Immediately I noticed the name Shari Godwin, because of how excellent her ratings were. So I took my time and read each review, and everyone on Shari's reviews had such great things to say, so I scheduled an appointment with her. I walked into the doors at Martin Honda on my initial appointment day, and I knew I made the right decision. Everyone was so friendly and professional, and not one time did I ever feel like "just another sale". I met with Shari and she was very personable, warm, honest and friendly. Shari had a wealth of knowledge and she took the time to educate me. Shari listened to my needs and and showed me several options and I was able to make the best decision for me. She was a peace in the midst of a storm for me, even taking her time to empathize with me on a personal note. Shari started with me right where I was and guided me right through the process. Ron, in the finance department was so friendly and patient. Ron and Shari were able to work with me and even offer me a lower monthly payment than I had set for myself! Martin did not have my color preferences in stock, but in less than 24 hours I was back at the dealership to pick up my car of choice in my color of choice. I could go on and on about the wonderful things that happened for me at Martin Honda, but if you are reading this review and considering a new vehicle trust me and the many other reviewers when we tell you that Martin Honda is an excellent place to do business! We had the most positive, professional, and friendly experience we've ever had at any place of business, let alone a car dealership. This dealership should serve as the example to all car dealerships for customer service, workplace environment, and overall professionalism. Each person we interacted with seemed sincerely happy in their job and pleased to offer their assistance. I would highly recommend anyone I know to visit this dealership. The sales manager, Phil, was friendly and could not have been more willing to help us get a deal that worked for us as well as for Martin Honda. Clark, our sales representative, answered our questions about the various models, gave us a test drive, and never put any pressure on us to make a decision about our purchase. When we came back later the same day to purchase a car, Clark immediately acknowledged us despite being with other customers. Shari facilitated our trade-in inspection, and Mike helped by finishing up the paperwork. What great team work to provide the best car buying experience we've ever had!!! Thank you again!! More

MAGNIFICENT , AWESOME, JUST THE BEST !!!!!! I was in MAGNIFICENT , AWESOME, JUST THE BEST !!!!!! I was in last year at Martin Honda, met with Shari , took her advice on buying a new vehicle, although MAGNIFICENT , AWESOME, JUST THE BEST !!!!!! I was in last year at Martin Honda, met with Shari , took her advice on buying a new vehicle, although extremely satisfied with her and the dealership overall i left there and brought a car from somewhere else... WORST THING I COULD EVER DO!!!! Just recently this past December the car I brought from the other dealer started giving me problems and left me in a pinch. In a panic I thought of Shari Godwin, gave her call 20 minutes before she was scheduled to leave for the the day, and with no hesitation she picked up and told me she would wait for me to get there so she could assit me. I got ther 5 minutes before 4 , Shari came out to me gave a reward winning smile and said " fill this out ,and your late"we laughed and from that point a great relationship began I felt like i belonged.... Ms. Godwin worked her magic and god knows I needed a magic trick to help me and she got me a great deal on my 2013 Kia Optima , she went above and beyond ! I started car shopping in 100 degree plus temperature. I hate dealing with pushy salesmen. Andre was excellent and listening and sensing my needs and I never felt once that he was trying to make a sale. It was wonderful! I went in for an oil change on my o and listening and sensing my needs and I never felt once that he was trying to make a sale. It was wonderful! I went in for an oil change on my old Honda and just browsed. Andre listened carefully to my needs, was very relaxed and played along with my "not wanting to buy a car today". I ended up leaving with a car that I fell in love with :-) Since I was not prepared to purchase and needed to get my title from home and transfer all of my belongings from my old car, Andre followed me home to help me unload and get my title so that I did not have to make a trip back. They definitely put a smile on my face with the service. More

Shari Godwin was great to work with. She treated us with respect and courtesy. We had visited other dealerships and found her to relate to us. We had taken the vehicle back on at least one occasion for Shari to explain features of our new vehicle that we may not have picked up on in the test drive. Shari is an asset to Martin Honda and we would have no reservation in dealing with her when considering future car purchases. As an aside other Martin Honda personnel from the receptionists, to service personnel and other sales personnel were very courteous. We live in Lincoln, DE but since we knew Tarawa and he highly recommended Shari instead of going to Dover Honda dealer we decided to give Sh Shari.
