I was in the market for a new Honda Civic. I agreed on pricing with another dealership, but they sold the in stock vehicle & advised they would make arrangements to get another one. We were traveling in the area of Martin Honda & since they had the vehicle I was looking for in stock we stopped by. Barbara Jaffey reached out after I submitted a price quote request. Ron Baylis confirmed the vehicle was available. Andrew Torn was our Sales Representative & provided a through review of the Honda Civic. We were able to come to a price agreement. Betty Mahan presented me with an overview of the service department. Caitlin Osborne handled the finance portion of the purchase. I was completely satisfied with the purchasing process experienced at Martin Honda. All of the Martin Honda employees were professional & courteous.
