The service dept people have always been friendly and treated me respectfully. They have made some expensive mistakes though and are expensive in general! I took off a star bc he was not willing to help me with a tail pipe part that apparently fell off on my drive home from the dealership (a 5 minute drive). If he makes sure my newly purchased insurance covers this then I will restore the star!! More

Buying a used car is a different experience today. No negotiation, here's the car, take it or leave it. I asked for the greasy foot prints, at all seating positions, to be cleaned. The most disappointing part was after I signed all the paperwork Bill just handed me the keys and said thanks. I don't expect red carpet treatment but at least a walk outside to show me where the car was parked would have been nice. Just a different experience from my days in a dealership. Bill was friendly and professional during the buying process but the close left a bad taste. More
