I brought my car here for a recall repair. I made an appointment weeks ahead and was told it would take 2hrs. Dropped it off at 9:00, waited there until 12:30 (when they said it would definitely be done appointment weeks ahead and was told it would take 2hrs. Many people don't like to deal with car dealers because they intend to sell you things other than the car itself. Ms. Lucy Hu is not the case. She made me feel as if I were her old friend. The trust is built up which led me to make a buy decision. Even after I drove away I know I have Lucy there to back up on me. This is the reason I'm a returning customer and I recommend my network friends to check out Honda Mainline if ever decide to buy cars. More

I had an awful experience at Main Line Honda. The car I was initially told I could test drive was sold before my appointment and I was never told, they refused to give me a quote via email because, I'm par was initially told I could test drive was sold before my appointment and I was never told, they refused to give me a quote via email because, I'm paraphrasing but this was the gist, "no one would come in if they knew they'd be paying above MSRP." My salesperson also gave me excuses up and down about why they weren't more transparent including "dealerships won't give quotes over email" (WRONG), "we don't have time to tell customers that the car they were looking at was sold" (I was texted and called multiple times the day before and of to ensure I would show up to my appointment) and "the receptionists are incentivized to lie to you because they're paid based on who shows up for appointments" but never would give me a straight answer on why they never responded to an email I sent them a few weeks ago until I called. An absolute waste of my time. More
Where do I start? The sales person Lucy Hu manipulated us into signing a lease but told us that it was not final. She then said we could change our minds the next day. Then a week and half later, a car sho into signing a lease but told us that it was not final. She then said we could change our minds the next day. Then a week and half later, a car shows up and they demand our car and are forcing us into the lease that we DID NOT WANT EVEN KNOW EXISTED. They lied and said the form was an appraisal, not a new lease. When the new car showed up 10 days later, the Inventory Manager Nino Nicolaci actually threatened my physical safety to the point where I had to make a police report. When I spoke to the Manager Mike Freeman, he was so proud that they lie and manipulate their customers. He actually literally told me they deal with this all the time. well, if that is the case, they are illegally presenting documents as items other than what they are to lock people into contracts for vehicles that do not even exist... and then they let you drive home on the car they supposedly own for 10 days?!?!! Seriously? DO NOT DO BUINESS WITH THESE CROOKS. Oh, and Mike flat out told me he wasn't worried about this review because " I have a standard reply I use in these situations, I'm used to it" WOW... he's used to having to use a template because they upset so many customers. STAY AWAY More
