A great car buying experience! We were looking for a specific Certified Pre-Owned Honda and found exactly what we wanted at Martin's. We called to make sure it was still available then made the trek to PA that evening. Immediately upon entering the door, we were greeted by the smiling face of Julie, who had been awaiting our arrival. She had the car pulled out of the lot and off to the side, ready for us to test drive. She is knowledgeable about the car, pricing, etc. She was delightful to work, as was Tom Guido and Jorge Artau (who patiently went through all the computerized accessories and help us set them up to our liking). All this made for a great experience. More

Terrific experience at Martin Honda I enjoyed a positive buying experience with Julie Thompson at Martin Honda in Pa. I had driven from Lewes, De, gotten hopelessly lost when my rent car I enjoyed a positive buying experience with Julie Thompson at Martin Honda in Pa. I had driven from Lewes, De, gotten hopelessly lost when my rent car’s Nav system sent me the wrong way. I arrived jittery and irritable but Julie’s calm manner calmed me down and I was encouraged to drive the Hybrid Accord. I liked the feel on the road and the CD player while many of the newer cars have MP3 players. It had all and more than my fully loaded but totally destroyed Civic had. We discussed price which is important to me as I am on a fixed income. We agreed with some help from (I think the manager). Unfortunately, I was in a rental car. Julie Thompson offered to return it to the agency on the next business day so I could drive my Hybrid home. This was a relief. It was past closing time and needed to complete the financial stuff with Tom Guido who was focused and told me exactly what I needed to have to complete the deal. It was dark by then and when I said I was very worried about finding rt 476 Tom said I could follow him out since he drove into De and could get me to To 95. I was very relieved. When all the paperwork was completed and I was leaving, I saw Julie sitting waiting for me which was very thoughtful and appreciated. My experience was picture perfect and I actually enjoyed spending time with the professional and knowledgeable staff at Martin Honda . I wish I lived closer so that I could service my vehicle there.
