A one sided transaction Being a sales person myself I understand paying a fair price. I also believe that the sales person has a responcibilty to the client to provide what Being a sales person myself I understand paying a fair price. I also believe that the sales person has a responcibilty to the client to provide what is best for the client. Unfortunately that was not my experience. The salesman and the sales manager were clearly not interested in what I needed. One vehicle we test rode was obviously a car a smoker owed. It was so bad my eyes burn, my wife and i note that we have a daughter with medical issues and this would not be good for her, The response from the sales manager, I am from Turkey and i know cigarette smoke and that is not cigarette smoke. Right there I should have left but didn't, So we looked at a very similar car, drove it and like it, did a little negotiation and agreed on a price for the car and a trade which was not there. I told the salesman I would come by tomorrow with my old car and tags. Which he pushed me to take that night. To my surprise the next morning the car already had tags. The paper I thought I signed for transfer was for a new tag. It just rounded out a process that was about the sales team moving a car and not about what was good for my family. I live and work in the area and will not be recommending this dealership, just the opposite. They have their one and only transaction from me. More

Excellent Customer Service from Start-Finish: Ask for Amir A I walked into the dealership on Saturday November 30th 2019 just to inquire about upgrading my car with the letter I received from Main Line Honda. T I walked into the dealership on Saturday November 30th 2019 just to inquire about upgrading my car with the letter I received from Main Line Honda. To my amazement everything that was outlined in the letter was offered to me. I walked in with a 2010 Honda Accord and left with a 2019 Honda Accord. I was greeted by Amir that morning and was so pleased that he worked with me. His energy was amazing, He listened to my concerns, and was able to execute all my wants for a new car from payment, style and size to meet my growing family needs. First time winner I had never bought a car through a dealership before, so I did my research, found the vehicle I wanted, and found two dealerships that had that vehicl I had never bought a car through a dealership before, so I did my research, found the vehicle I wanted, and found two dealerships that had that vehicle. I called Piazza because they were closer. The guy who answered was arrogant, refused to discuss adjusting their price lower because Martin had a lower price. So I went to Martin, met Julie and she took awesome care of me! I blew it by not coming in on Black Friday so the vehicle I wanted was gone. Julie took me out on the lot and we found my car! Paperwork was easy-peasey, André in Finance wrapped it all up and I was out the door in less than 3 hours total! More

They should have been placed in the new car when it delivered. At the time I removed them from my trade-in the newly purchased vehicle was not ready. Access to dealership is difficult. More
