I wish I could give this a negative 10. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. The nightmare began when I since I purchased the vehicle Jan 23, 2025. Problem after problem and when trying to reach out for someone to call back (I have been trying to work with Julia and Cody). Ha! Good luck! They never EVER call back. They screwed up DMV paperwork and after 4 months, I try and renew my plates… no such luck.. I call the DMV -well, guess what? The DMV NEVER received the documentation, they can’t renew my license plates until a title is produced (another 6-8 weeks)!! Now I have express plates and I have to take a day off of work and go to DMV and try and take care of it. Isn’t this what I paid the “documentary fee and title/ plate transfer fee” for ?? Ugh. This dealer absolutely sucks and I would NEVER go back !! Please heed my advice and go somewhere else to purchase a vehicle (I do not believe the “positive reviews” one bit). Read between the lines and you will see all the negative “real” reviews. More

BUYER BEWARE! !! Old Orchard Nissan advertised prices are false! We were ready to pay cash for a used Tesla yesterday and after they realised we were not fina !! Old Orchard Nissan advertised prices are false! We were ready to pay cash for a used Tesla yesterday and after they realised we were not financing they raised the price over $10,000! Not only that but when the sales manager Tom came over to speak with us, he was extremely rude and disrespectful to my wife and I. He completely interupted me saying "You don't get what you want and wish for!" We drove over an hour to see and buy this Tesla which was advertised for $30,888 only to have these xxxxx tell us it's over $40,000!!! What a waist of time and insulting remarks. The only people that are happy buying cars here are the ones getting ripped off financing with them. I will never do business with them or their sister dealships!!!! More
