I think the problem was fixed, but my car came back dirtier and wetter on the interior than the way I left it with them. I had to spend an hour cleaning the upholstery, with grease marks. Made an online reservation for tires but the online got it wrong. So I came in for a 2018 Jeep wrangler and the tires that were ordered were for a 2018 Silverado bc that what the computer put me in as. The it wrong. We had an engine lite come on, we pulled in, Paulo checked it out and explained everything. He was so helpful. While there, a tire on our RV went flat.
