We are sorry that you feel that way. Unfortunately, the sales consultant did not communicate with the Financial Manager and as a result he was not aware of the extended coverage that already existed on your truck. Any feeling you may have regarding the Financial Manager was not directed at you but rather our internal miscommunication. The hand off between sales and finance is something we will continue to work to improve. Enjoy your new truck and if there is anything we can do please let us know.
