I scheduled an appointment online and was impressed by the ease to do so; all I wanted was an oil change, light fixed and state inspection. When I checked in, the rep noted I had never been there befor the ease to do so; all I wanted was an oil change, light fixed and state inspection. When I checked in, the rep noted I had never been there before, which wasn’t the case. When I mentioned I have been here before, he said “oh I see now, the online system doesn’t talk to the other system”. I was there for almost two hours- for an oils change. He said they don’t do state inspections (even though it was an option with the online booking system) and couldn’t fix my light. They didn’t even reset the “service needed” light. I went back in and he said they don’t know how to do it. I could have gone to a valvoline or other place for a quick pip change. Very disappointed and will not be back More

Being from out of state it was nice to know there was a trusted Chevrole Jill was awesome to deal with. All Advisors were friendly and knowledgeable.
