Clear presentation of the product and appreciate Ron Lambert's efforts to apply all discounts and programs to reduce cost, and got me right into the service folks when I had to come back for a "rattle". Would have appreciated a bit more consideration on my trade in (it's "young" engine alone was likely worth more than the trade in allowance i received).
