Ultra convenience I arrived only for a state inspection and was treated with extreme courtesy and hospitality. The service writer took my info and proceeded to have I arrived only for a state inspection and was treated with extreme courtesy and hospitality. The service writer took my info and proceeded to have my car driven to the rear and back , which took only a few moments. I then finished my transaction and was on my way again. Lenny should be fired. Paul was great Put a $500 deposit on a truck while dealing with Lenny on Tuesday. Never told me about the 24 hour hold. I said I'd be back up On Friday, and he assured me that it would be there. We shook hands had an agreement and everything.I ended up coming back up Thursday and the truck was sold. He lied to my face and sold the truck from under me. Paul was who dealt with me when i came up Thursday, he did great picking up the pieces and dealing with the mess lenny left. He was awesome with helping me find another truck. If it wasn't for Lenny this would've been a great review. More

Service AC 2002 GMC YUKON SLC Service technician did a thorough test of refrigerant and found no leaks on an old car that still works great. He found and replaced a faulty temp control module, then tested the complete system. He corrected a bad fan connection under the passenger compartment, applied dielectric grease, and tested the contacts to ensure that all worked (previously shut off intermittantly). Nice to work with group of highly trained techs with great can-do attitude. More
