Brilliant Customer Service Experience Paul Malley was instrumental in getting me into the vehicle I wanted at the price I was looking for. I went in looking for an SUV that would replace m Paul Malley was instrumental in getting me into the vehicle I wanted at the price I was looking for. I went in looking for an SUV that would replace my pickup. Paul took the time LATE on a Sunday to walk me through a few different models and sizes to help me pick out the right one for my situation. After finally deciding on the Acadia he made sure that everything was in order and ready to go even though it was closing time, he never once made us feel rushed. When I told him after the signatures were on paper I needed the vehicle right away due to a trip I was going on, he made sure it was ready for pickup, with the additional roof racks I purchased separately by Tuesday. Would go back in heartbeat!!!!! More
