This is the worst place ever!! Have called several times, left several messages for the service department to call me back ….I even made an appt online - 3 weeks later - still waiting to hear back; unbelieva left several messages for the service department to call me back ….I even made an appt online - 3 weeks later - still waiting to hear back; unbelievable! I’ve had a awful experience whither this dealership. You would think Maserati would hold themselves to a higher standing. I called repeatedly in advance to let them know that the temporary plates they gave would think Maserati would hold themselves to a higher standing. I called repeatedly in advance to let them know that the temporary plates they gave me were going to expire. I was lied to again and again saying the permanent plate was on its way. My car was later impounded for having expired plates and registration and I was then stranded. I had no title to even prove I was the owner so trying to recover the car was a disaster. I was able to get the bill of sale and told that the car would have to be towed and couldn’t be driven because the plates were expired. Here it is day 2 after Vanessa lied to me telling me that the plates were on there way and I still have a car that I can’t drive. Now Vanessa won’t answer my calls or respond to my emails where she states that I will be reimbursed for my impound fees. I’m not sure how they stay in business when it’s obvious that this is something that they do often and it appears that Vanessa is a liar! Funny how eager she was to return my calls when I purchased the car but now I can’t even get in touch with her. More

My son made an appointment to have my Maserati Levante maintenance and checked for other possible problems. The vehicle was left at around 9am with the expectations of being picked up at around 3pm. When my son got there at around 3:15pm the vehicle was still untouched and to make matters worse I was on the phone with a girl by the name Vanessa that works there who was telling me that my car was on the lift and that it might have other problems. All this time she failed to noticed that my son was standing next my Levante in the parking. And then I called back to complain about the lies and asked to speak with the manager and was patch through a Victor who said he was the manager. This Victor was rude and said that there was nothing to do and that was it. It’s unbelievable that this is the MASERATI!!! that we’re talking about. I mean, anyone would think that their service would be top of the line. In the end, their service is horrible, horrible, horrible. I felt like they were trying to con me out money. More

By far the worst customer service I’ve ever had. I contacted this dealer for information on two pickup trucks. They never called me back, Then I called back and spoke with Brian, He assisted that I do a credit app over the phone, so then they ran my credit and instead of asking for a deposit for the trucks, he sold them instead. THEN he said he had one more truck like the ones I was interested in, I drove all the way down from South Jersey to take a look at it, I waited 40 minutes in the lobby and he never came out to introduce himself. This dealer clearly does not want my business. I feel used, and not appreciated, and disrespected. More
