Always a pleasure to visit for yearly maintenance or even unexpected problem like a screw in my tire. They care for your car like it is your own and I swear the maintenance guys change the radio station to introduce me to his generation of music...ha ha I am 60 now though I do listen to the Pulse on Sirius radio. My vehicle in returned back freshly washed and ready within the time frame advised. They even have a great coffee maker that has incredible Dove hot chocolate for those of us who do not drink coffee. I have even threatened to stop by just to grab a hot chocolate. More
The recent work done on my car seems to have addressed the service needs. But I've had to bring it back in several times over the past couple of years, and the majority of the time within a few weeks afte the service needs. But I've had to bring it back in several times over the past couple of years, and the majority of the time within a few weeks after I get it back from the dealership the 'check engine' light or some other indicator comes on. The shop doesn't do a comprehensive review after each servicing. You should tell customers when to expect the next big servicing interval, or the next engine component replacement. Allow us to be prepared! It's frustrating to come in for servicing and then have to come right back in again for something that should have been flagged or anticipated BEFORE we leave the shop. For instance, I just got my vehicle back a few days ago. And this morning, the 'low battery' light for my key fob appeared. This is such a simple thing- why doesn't the shop routinely check for and address those items before the customer leaves??? So frustrating and disappointing, especially for the amount of money that's charged for your services. Do better! More
