Beware. This 'dealership' is the most chaotic, dysfunctional and phony enterprise any customer can encounter. The stench of a bad purchasing experience linge This 'dealership' is the most chaotic, dysfunctional and phony enterprise any customer can encounter. The stench of a bad purchasing experience lingers long after the purchase of a high end used car that these people pass through their books. They buy 'shiny trinkets' to lure folks onto the lot, specifically, used high-end exotic cars at auction. They have no idea how to service them, and in spite of that, they add on a $4000 fee for fluid changes and other crap that simply is NOT done. Be alert when signing documents because they try to sneak in service contracts in the fine print. I can understand how management refuses to respond to customer concerns, but I find it appalling how the sales staff can tolerate the lack of ethics, trust and manners that are used to sell fine cars that they should not be allowed anywhere near. More
