I purchased a car from Maserati of Bergen County on July 8th, 2025, and my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. As of today, my permanent plates still have not been provided. My second temporary plate expired back on September 20th, leaving me unable to legally drive the car I am paying for every month. When I bought the vehicle, I immediately had to spend over $2,500 on new tires and repairs to all four rims — issues that their so-called “great service department” should have caught before selling the car. The dealership claims they carefully inspect cars, but my experience proves otherwise. Every time I contact them, I get excuses or no updates at all. Their representative even stated the dealership is “not at fault,” but the fact remains: a title should be cleared before selling a car. I’ve since learned that I am far from the only customer dealing with this problem — their reviews are filled with stories just like mine. This dealership has shown a total lack of accountability and professionalism. I would strongly warn anyone considering doing business here: look at the many negative reviews before you risk ending up in the same situation. More

In the past I’ve usually had not so good experiences while trying to get a vehicle. On the day my vehicle was totaled Peter was able to get me the car that i wanted and was very professional with handli while trying to get a vehicle. The stench of a bad purchasing experience lingers long after the purchase of a high end used car that these people pass through their books. They buy 'shiny trinkets' to lure folks onto the lot, specifically, used high-end exotic cars at auction. They have no idea how to service them, and in spite of that, they add on a $4000 fee for fluid changes and other crap that simply is NOT done. Be alert when signing documents because they try to sneak in service contracts in the fine print. I can understand how management refuses to respond to customer concerns, but I find it appalling how the sales staff can tolerate the lack of ethics, trust and manners that are used to sell fine cars that they should not be allowed anywhere near.
