This dealership has been nothing but a continuous disappointment from the moment money changed hands. I purchased my vehicle on 12/9/2025. As of 1/7/2026, my temporary tag had expired, and I still disappointment from the moment money changed hands. I purchased my vehicle on 12/9/2025. As of 1/7/2026, my temporary tag had expired, and I still had no permanent plates or registration, no extension provided, and no meaningful communication from the dealership despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue. Phone calls routinely go unanswered. When they are answered, I am consistently told that Anthony is on break, Tim is on break, or Robert (the General Manager) is off—every single time. Messages are taken, promises are made, and no one ever follows up. The DMV/registration contact (identified to me as Celyah or Stephanie) repeatedly provided inconsistent information. On multiple occasions, my phone number was taken with assurances that someone would call me back. When I followed up myself, I was told they were “waiting for me to call,” which directly contradicted what I had previously been told. At one point, I was assured that proof of my new registration would be emailed to me. An email response was sent, but no registration was attached or provided. That commitment was never fulfilled. I independently verified through the SMH program that the vehicle was still listed as awaiting title weeks after purchase—information that was never proactively disclosed while I continued to be told everything was “being handled.” What makes this more concerning is that I have purchased multiple vehicles in New Jersey. Other dealerships have overnighted temporary tag extensions without issue. Here, I was told this was “not possible,” which was inconsistent with my prior experiences as a consumer. The overall operation appears disorganized, evasive, and dismissive of basic customer responsibility. In hindsight, even the conversation with the General Manager on the night of purchase—focused largely on personal anecdotes and self-promotion rather than process or accountability—should have been a warning sign. I have filed multiple complaints with the Better Business Bureau due to the lack of follow-through and communication. The following individuals were involved at various points, yet were never reachable when accountability was required: • Robert C. – General Manager • Christopher K. – General Sales Manager • Anthony A. – Sales Manager • Timothy B. – Maserati Product Ambassador Despite their titles, I could never get anyone on the phone when it mattered. For a dealership representing a luxury brand, this level of service is unacceptable. Buyers should proceed with caution and document everything. After several calls and unprofessionalism a week later they resolved the situation. I’m still waiting for the managers to call back but at least I finally have plates and a registration. I still wouldn’t recommend this dealership EVER. More
