I have had great service up until Dec 29, 2022. The service department did not completely inspect my car as promised in May 2022. As a result of this my car was not aligned incorrectly which caused The service department did not completely inspect my car as promised in May 2022. As a result of this my car was not aligned incorrectly which caused the inner front tires to wear to a point of possible Al low out if I had not observed the extra ordinary wear during my weekly inspection of my car. I was advised today that the tire Rod was bent and I would have to pay for the cost due to them not fully inspecting my car as I advised them to do and trusting that they had thoroughly inspected the car as promised. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service of my vehicle. More

The dealer found an issue during a standard service that they didn’t have time to fix. So we made an appointment to have it fixed later. When that appointment time came, I dropped the car off a day early us they didn’t have time to fix. So we made an appointment to have it fixed later. When that appointment time came, I dropped the car off a day early using the after hours drop box. Four days later I hadn’t heard any response. I called and they said they were so backed up that it wouldn’t be done until next week. So not only was the appointment meaningless, but also there was no communication at all. More
