I knew what I wanted and I insisted on driving the sales process. The team here recognized this and took me through a complete yet expedited cycle which even included negotiating a trade-in. Clare Vossen (Sales) and Jason Bradley (Sales manager) communicated well, quick to respond (email and face-to-face) and did not make the purchase uncomfortable at any point. I don't like to be lured and because they picked up on this and extended me this respect, it allowed me to listen to their add-on product before signing. I normally shut these offerings down but in this case, I was open and even purchased their Wheel & Tire coverage for my vehicle. Appreciate the good service. Thus far Clare has done a great job with post sale follow-up as there are always little needs and issues which arise. She has been attentive and done a fantastic job with responding to my questions. Jason Bradley (GM) and Darryl Ligon (Sales Advisor) were super helpful. They had the car on site when requested. Answered all my questions and helped me compare deals across multiple vehicles. I never felt like I was pressured into buying anything and they cut me a great deal compared to majority of the lots I went to in the surrounding area. I could tell that the people that worked there cared about their customers and their brand. I would recommend this dealership over any in the triangle area! More
