I found both Mario Joseph (salesperson) and Glenn Finkel (manager) to be low pressure, honest, and direct communicators. I was pleasantly surprised. Mario was able to answer my questions about the used car I was interested in, even though it was a BMW. He was very responsive in delivering requested items such as Carfax reports, etc., via e-mail or text. Additionally, he was very respectful of my time and opinions/comments throughout the process. Unfortunately, the dealer's adoption of the Carmax/Carvana "no-hassle pricing" model scuttled a possible sale by limiting negotiations among reasonable adults. More
